  13. I've re-compiled Icon V9.0 for Linux as Clint Jeffery suggested and it 
  14. passes all of the tests - except for the test in the graphics directory.  
  15. I know it found the X libraries as it compiles without errors and 
  16. displays X-Windows Graphics as a feature.
  17.   
  18. Now when I run a program it opens a window, lets you position it 
  19. and then disappears.  I've got the $DISPLAY variable set to "unix:0.0" as 
  20. needed.

  22. Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?

  24. 2Julia1.icn sits there for a while under fvwm and then disappears.  At 
  25. least the X-Windows programs are coming up, but now it's a little more 
  26. frustrating, actually!
